Thank you so much for posting this video. I am a landlord working on my real estate license. I've been looking at investing in another student house (Waterloo, ON). The listing agent (knowing I was not planning to move in myself) told me his seller could have the house vacant if I wanted the current tenants out. I questioned on him on this, since based on my 15 years of experience, you can't evict current tenants if the new owner plans to rent it out to non family members. Your video made that very clear. I think I will stay clear of this particular transaction, who knows what else they are being sneeky about??

I am writing my course 3 exam exam this week. I first started the real estate course July 31st 2022. I plan on working diligently on course 4 and the simulations to finish before my 2 year deadline. Do you think that I will be able to purchase the courses and complete the course 4 exam, also getting my passing grades within this 8 week window? Great videos. I bought your course 3 notes!

Hey glad they help Rebekah. Ok so you have 50 days. That should be enough. SIMS 1 is 5 days long plus 1 for the exam and SIMS 2 is 4 days long plus 1 for the exam. So 11 days there. Maybe give 5 each that you have to wait to book those exams so additional 10 days putting us at 21 days. Leaving roughly 30 days for C4. I got through C4 in 19 days total studying/reading 3hrs per day. So it can be done. If you find yourself getting behind you can always ask for an extension from either Humber or RECO. If it starts getting tight maybe start thinking about that or reach out here and I'll try to help if I can. From what I have heard going through RECO for an extension is a little better.
