Carmax offers way below market value for a vehicle. I have a 2016 Lincoln Continental MKS (EcoBoost Sedan 4D) with "21,079" miles on it. Carmax offered $16,500.00 for the vehicle, while Carvana offered $19,740.00! I think I know were I'm going to be selling my vehicle!

Getting rid of my 2009 Acura TSX tomorrow to carvana as long as they give me what the appraised it for. I hope it goes as well as your experience did! I will also miss my vehicle big time, but 2 kids later it is time to move on!

We drove six hours to our Carvana appointment and they called and canceled a few hours before when we were already there! Never trust them! We had a horrible experience and do not recommend one bit! We lost so much money!

I found a 2019 STI from a dealership that has about 5k miles. It’s listed for $28k - however it’s been involved in a rear end collision (salvaged title). Body looks mint after repairs. Would $26k - $28k be worth paying for a 2019 STI salvaged title? If you have a sec - car is in CA in CarGurus. Would love your feed back! Thank you

I personally don’t feel comfortable buying a car with a bad carfax. May look good outside but who knows how it is under where you can’t see. It’ll also be harder to sell later if you decide to get rid of it

Bruh, for it to have 5k miles, 2019 and be salvaged from "only a rear end accident" means that must have been a very significant blow to the rear. Maybe it was salvaged because the awd system was messed up after, axles, etc. 28k is not even a deal for a salvaged STi. No way. Run away. You are better off with an older STi, 2015-2017 with 30k miles for like 28-29k. If money is an issue, just wait for the future to buy an STi.

@@eericcckm9063 Hi Yes I did, The funny part is that they did not even test drive my car. Not sure because it was a stick shift car or they did'nt have enough time. They looked around the outside the inside and asked me to turn it on. That was about it. This was also during high peak COVID so that probably was a factor of them not driving the care either.

Once you submit all documents and they’ve been reviewed by Carvana, you can schedule an appointment that very moment. They have a schedule for you to pick a slot that works for you

Caravana is not going to "give you the best deal possible". I checked it out. Selling it yourself to a private party isn't as easy but you lose a lot of money selling to Carvana.

I just got an appraisal for my 2020 STI with 14K miles on it for $34,200. I bought the car new for $35,500. Private is definitely almost always better but that’s a good deal

I wouldn't play 14k for a 2013 SI. You can get a brand new Si for 20k and the newer model is much better
