You should try using a humidifier during the night when you’re sick, it keeps the air nice and *moist* so that your throat doesn’t get dry while you sleep. It does get a little hot in the summer but honestly it’s a life saver 🙏🏼 you can even get one that has a slot for essential oils that can help when you’re sick ❣️✨

I had a cold in the last few weeks and I'd say it took about 2 full weeks to finally get back to normal where I wasn't using tissues etc. Hope it kicks it soon!

Im UK we have had water warnings in some area due to something in the water, area not effect much or at all are being told to try buy a big bottle of water a week/ couple days to store less have 2 pre familuy member. Been warned not to bulk buy in one my local shops been out of water for 3 days. we not even effect by whats going on joys right.

FULL DESK MATT! Also, would doing the totes in batches of task be more efficient. I.e. press wrinkles on a batch, tape print on batch, first press on batch etc. Also once you have a batch of wrinkle free you can move on to next step while pressing more wrinkles. Not sure I'm making sense 😅

I have goal of fitness/wellness with walking like nature walks and KZbin walking workouts like Gina B from the channel Up To the Beat Fit dance walks and Leslie Sansone walk at home. Do you ever get cat hair on your food or drinks? I use to have a cat but she always got on everything and left cat hair all over my table and dishes and it always grossed me out, then I had to get rid of her because she always caused me asthma Flare ups and trips to the hospital 😪 I do miss her though 🥺 I tried keeping her as long as I could, I see her once in a while through a window since my niece took her in. Poor bebe 😢
