That is such a decent pencil case style- that extra opening makes such good sense for easy access! Also the colours work so well with it! Even if you are waiting on the cases at least it means everything else you can prep and have completed before they turn up- can't wait to see what backing cards you design for some of these if you are doing that XD

for super long seams like that, the feed dogs are pulling the bottom layer and the presser foot is pushing the top layer, so the bottom layer is infinitesimally shorter. Over a long seam like that, that "difference in length" can add up. YOu can use a walking foot, but idk if singer has those for the more basic machine models.

Oh the ort came out so pretty! The sewing machine could have a problem with the feed dogs, or bobbin. Some machines you can actually turn the feed dogs off... Or just needs a clean

I think the reason you have issues with your machine and having to pull your fabric through is most likely a tension issue or the fact that you don't have the right bobbins for your machine. Some machines require a specific type even if you have 'universal' ones. Look into your machine's manual for the tension issue and the bobbin size.

Also ive seen people have similar issues fixed by simply cleaning their machine. If you at e a lot of dust or build up or even not enough oil it can cause issues

BAYLEE HELP!! I am wondering if you have also suffered from the dreaded copic lid cracks - I have been having so many that seem to dry out and I love them but they are so expensive. Am I doing something to make them crack do you have any advice?

I have never head of the lids cracking. None of mine have cracked, but I have had markers dry out. I just refill them, but if the nib is crusty, I replace the nib.
