Wow you have so much stuff do you just go to bins or do you also buy wholesale
@KollectionCloset25 күн бұрын
@@shannonperez9408 we pick each individual item that we buy to sell. We do not purchase junk, we make sure every item we spend our money on will be a good investment. We rarely buy wholesale, only if we know what every single item in the lot would be.

I mean you can list thing on your store on whatnot, and it can sell wether or not your live... although I believe that is not as successful as going live

@@RebelintheSky correct, as I had mentioned that in the live as well.

Whatnot sucks ass unless you like working incredibly hard for tiny profits. You can make $750,000 a year but if your profit margins are 10% youve effectively made $75,000 before taxes while whatnot made close to $90k just for hosting
@KollectionCloset23 күн бұрын
@@dearjohn8789 whatnot doesn’t suck if you have a business model. Whatnot sucks for those who just try and sell stuff without an actual plan. Thanks for watching!

@@KollectionCloset lol you're flipping. The business plan is buy low sell high. That's it. Buy low sell high. The thing about whatnot is you're mainly selling to other flippers. So you're buying low and selling low. When time is factored in for sourcing, hosting the stream, then packaging and shipping the product and all costs associated, are you making money? lol again you can make 1 million a year but if you're profit margins are 5% you're effectively making 50,000 a year for a lot of work while whatnot sits back and collects close to 13% plus shipping overages off the back of your hard work and desperation. You're welcome!

@ a business plan is not just about buy low sell high… and idk who’s business model is a 5% margin lol ours was 300% after fees. Again, with the correct business plan anyone can make whatnot a lucrative business.
