To save time and hassle on maintaining equipment most try to stay with same brands to be able to keep parts for 1 brand and not 5 different brands. I say stay with same brand just go slightly bigger

Hey FSG, it's me again, Wes. I'm still looking for more work in the Court Farms area and I'd love to join your team. Just for a refresher, I am a College Graduate with a certificate in Agronomy and am comfortable with all of the largest equipment (JD 9 Series and class 9/10 combines) and already have my own place on the southwest corner of the map. Moved here from the Western Canadian Prairies, so the left hand traffic is a bit alien to me, but the tight fields aren't a problem.

Richard Western trailer gets my vote. Quality equipment. However, without being too specific I live in a 20min radius from where Stewart trailers, Marshall trailers and (before they closed) Fraser trailers are/were made so I always like a local piece of equipment!

Happy to see all the hard work coming around and benefiting in the long run. Personally, contractors always seem to have "fleets" of equipment. I'd say for stuff like multiple trailers and the like, stay with the Richard Western!

The RW trailer seems nice, i don't think you need a bigger one as the roads and gateways are small. and for sure a different colour, if too much orange equipment etc one will think its an Argsy farm :P blue or green would be nice. loving the series. episode 30 already. i am sure there is plenty of opportunities for the storyline and plot to have many twists, turns, ups and downs. And yes you need to change that Range Rover number plate. finally with a second driver and 2x trailers you will be getting through them contracts in no time. make sure you keep them cows in good condition.

I would get the ultimate 14 because you could use to haul grain when you harvesting contracts just take the extension off

FSG absolutely amazing series!! For me I love my trailers matching so Richard Western gets the vote for me. Don't forget that milk in storage, got a lot of £££ on tap there......

get the bigger richard trailer (and maybe switch the other one aswell for the bigger version) this way you do not have to buy in 2 type of brands for repair work (for realism) and this way it is easier to repair things... also build one of the bale spikes for the square bales so that you can lift them with the telehandler. this way you do not have to buy a different bale spike...

use the Richard Western stick with UK made ;-) I would either sell the SF14 and get 2x SF16's or just keep it and get SF16 as your main silage trailer with the 14 as back up. Well done episode again FSG. Cheers

Fsg I would upgrade what you have in trailers and buy a second of the larger one also I would be honored to be a farm hand for you and would only require a daily stipend to live off(groceries) and quarters for sleeping

richard western would be good. contractors usually try to keep a maching fleet to make servising easyer as well as been similar for people hiring tools or new workers to use

Hi FSG, I have not tested the theory myself, but would a Direct Disk on the forager make it work faster on the silage contracts rather than using a Orbis header which is mainly used for maize? Just an idea, like I say, not tested it yet. Maybe something you could try on anotger savegame first to be sure. Andy

I get what you are saying but it’s only a 3 m width and the header I’m using is 7.5 m so you are more than doubling your intake.

To bad your forage harvester can't hook up a trailer behind itself, then you can just drop the trailer off ,best to have 2 trailers,worker can run while you run a full one
