Bro , after shipping customer can’t get refund easily , because we have all receipt for shipment If in case customer want to return after receiving the item , they have to pay for shipping and it cost too much , they will not pay too much shipping to return it’s not easy . so Alibaba trade assurance will protect buyers . So it’s not easy to get refund , there are lot of hassle Once manufacturing process starts than they can’t cancel the order So it’s not as hard to sell but to keep in mind such factors is a good thing Better to write all terms and conditions about cancellation in description

very true , infact buying from Alibaba and shipment to the USA is quite challenging. the shipment including DDP itself cost over $7000, on top of that Amazon sale charges are quite high, its too risky to get into this. not feasible.. and if there is a return then you are in a deep trouble.
