10:40 this is the power of span. I’ve been trying to get the county to approve my whole home backup with two FranklinWH batteries and they agreed to the plans with no critical loads panel but failed the install. They told me I needed 5 batteries or a critical loads panel. We asked if span would work and they agreed. If I had known this issue would have come up I’d have insisted on span at the onset.
