I’m a real estate agent in NYC, and it’s disappointing not to see at least one Black broker represented. There are so many talented and successful Black brokers here who close multi-million-dollar deals regularly.

This is why I was so sad about Selling Tampa being canceled. All Black, all woman office and we get one season…maybe the real estate in Tampa slowed down or something. I would really love to see more representation

Yes, they do look alike!! Also, I don't understand why El thinks Jade is her friend :(. She seems quite competitive and jelous, not a real friend behavior imo. She seems like she wants El to owe her (I think Jade helped her at some point in her career), and she can't wrap her head around the fact that El can be also successful on her own. The real friends are the ones that celebrate your success with you.

They do! I knew I was right on this one lol. I do agree, I think Jade helped El out, early on in her career and for a while probably, Jade was doing better than her and then the tables turned and Jade can’t stand it.

I love how you pointed out all these real estate terms we're learning, like 'turnkey,' 'off-market,' etc. New York has always fascinated me, so I was definitely intrigued with checking out all of these 5 to 40 million properties. I was also waiting for the drama, and I got the vibe from Jade she was going to come in and grab some attention. Here for your commentary!!!

Yes! I love when they actually teach us stuff! I’ve never been to NY. I know it’s expensive but I think the one thing that surprised me is that there aren’t any actual houses lol. They’re all penthouses our apartments. LA is also a city, but there are real houses there, so interesting. And thank you so much for watching! 🫶🏾

Yes! I’ll have all the commentary out this weekend. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a NY real estate show but I’m loving these apartments. That’s the first thing I noticed is that there aren’t really ”houses” like in LA, I thought that was so interesting. The Vanderbilt’s have a street too?? 😭😭

I’m sorry but Elenora seems really insecure about Taylor just viewing a listing w jade. She doesn’t own her and doesn’t need to manage other agents time. Like don’t make a big deal out of nothing. It’s no wonder she hasn’t had a relationship bc that be toxic. Then her saying she believes in the institution of marriage but then saying Taylor should be single. Taylor still clearly cares and has love for her partner and that’s why she wants to figure out how they can be brought back together after then grown apart since she got clean and sober and blossomed in her real estate career

Honestly, when it comes to reality shows in New York City, I don’t think people realize like how expensive it is and I just thought about it like the difference from the Hills versus the city and the city was canceled literally mid filming because it was so expensive and then I realized, and did some research. A lot of New York City reality shows don’t make it because it’s so goddamn expensive and not worth itso we’ll see.
