6 downvotes from people that are lazy bums and hate taking action/ being disagreeable. Get out of sales if you can't assert yourself and go to your OWN companies customer success department to ask for help. You sometimes need to tell your manager 'hey, I NEED this list, or I'm not able to do my job. This WILL pay off tenfold, I guarantee you. If it doesn't, I'll pay you out of my own pocket'. If you speak with confidence that comes from a place of certainty, it's not going to me misinterpreted as arrogance. Big up Steve. Where does he work at, can't find him on LinkedIn?
