Thanks but the van is fine as any heat is taken out by the lid. The van gets much hotter by the sun than the cooker

Hi Steve Lindsey I’m looking for some advice on insurance for Morocco We have been following your adventures especially Morocco and love ,you mentioned Stirling insurance we have phoned for a quote for our new supersonic we receive on 25 October they won’t insure as it’s high value item our own insurance will cover us not a problem Then rang them back to ask if they do green card insurance that will cover Morocco yes we do there reply was, starting to get excited at this point , then had our legs blown off , no we don’t cover high value Motorhomes for Morocco 🤬,don’t know the value of yours but with all the modifications you have I would definitely check I didn’t ask what there max value was , don’t really fancy going 3 Rd party only any suggestions please

We have heard all kinds of different responses from them. All I can say is they insured our 100k van no problem. Maybe try and call in again and speak to someone else that may give you a different answer

what an awesome location, Steve and what a difference from a video I watched the other day about British "camp sites" charging 40-to 50 quid for a patch of grass with no electric. Just goes to show how Europe embraces , welcomes and doesnt rip off tourists. Britsh camp sites should take note because pretty soon at the rate they are over charging, motorhomes and campers are all going to finally cotton on that for the 300 quid for a grass pitch in the UK they can have a hell of a better value for money in Europe. If ever we re-engage with Europe by either rejoining or allowing free movement again you'll find a lot of british sites will find themselves empty and bust. Enjoy the hols and keep posting cos one of these days you might inspire me to put aside my fear of driving abroad and actually get out there in Viv-i-van. Much respect to you and the family- Kenny.

We stayed in a hotel in Chester a few yrs back and they imported their black puddings from Scotland....... the BEST black pudding I ever tasted in my life.......now I'm hungry!!
