Thanks for watching! Even for us, being in the backyard (less than ~40 miles as the crow flies) it takes a couple hours to get there!

The Selway is a few more hours away for me but is one of my favorite rivers. I have been thinking of buying a sandwich press like you demonstrated. A company called KIckAss make a 12 volt single unit for making a toasted sandwich. I guess they are really big in Australia. I make the same type of apple turnovers with puff pastry at home.

We live just over the border in WA. I look forward to retiring next year so we can get out and explore Idaho.
