Most of those cars have a ceramic coating on top of that shine, all it takes is a couple swipes and fingerprints disappear.

Growing up going to car shows my whole life I've always saw the signs saying please don't touch my car it's so the next person doesn't have to see a goddamn fingerprints on it when they come looking at it. You can tell he's been spoiled his whole life never told no

Ya never seen this guys channel before and yes he is coming off a little over the top, but yes i agree with the comments its respectful to keep your hands off other peoples cars. Especially in that kind of show enviroment. Thought it was nice of most of the builds not to put up ropes so people can get close. But im still not touching there shit they just wiped down. If you have to reply as one reply to all about negative comments you probably where in the wrong no matter how you try justifying it.

bud I first off I wont be responding to any more because people over the internet act like they are angles. I am a builder and enjoy building many things. The builders were around and I know many of them. I wasn't disrespectful I was very impressed with the creativity. And not only that this was filmed for move in anyway the show didn't start for a few days. Mothers came by and cleaned the cars yesterday. I dont owe anyone an explanation besides stop acting like I did such a bad thing by wanting to feel textures because I work with 3d printed parts, real carbon , fake carbon, paint wrap, ect. I want to know what a car is made of, how its made, and what its made of. All these dudes on here can cry, I bet any that are commenting have never built a car so they would have no reason to be curious like I am.

It's interesting. My dad is not a car guy. Not in the slightest. He's never changed his own oil. Knows absolutely zero about anything mechanical. But one thing he taught me when I was really young is that you never touch someone's car. I know my grandpa was a car guy so maybe that's where my dad got it from and then passed it down to me but he tooke me to a lot of car shows growing up. I think he just wanted to expose me to as many different things and experiences that he could. But he would never go to a car show on his own. Lol. It was all for me. But I have never forgotten that. I would never lay a finger on someone's car period. It would never even cross my mind to reach out and touch something on someone's car. Or ask to sit in someone's car? Absolutely not. Not ragging on anyone but remember there's kids watching and we should be a good example for them.

While I agree with everyone about the touching being a absolute no no. The show is still being assembled while they are filming. So I’d guess the do not touch signs aren’t out. And the vehicles will be cleaned again prior to Sema opening.
