where did you buy your winner every time tape for your cranes

We got them custom made by a sign company in our area. They are second surface vinyl stickers. Depending where you are located, I think Krazy town vending sells them too. Or we could always sell you some and ship them too you also.

I don't get it. It seems that most of the time is putting the coins into the rolls and a very little percentage of time would be crimping the ends.

This is true. But when you go through as many coins as we do per month. Just crimping the ends take us around 20-30 minutes per month.
