Absolutely fabulous video. There are so many new features being released it’s hard to gain a good understanding of use cases and an overall Birds Eye view. This video sets context, when, what, where, why, and how. Thanks so much!!! I’m all for other deep dive 360 videos!

Hey Amrita, thanks for the feedback!! I'm sure I'll be making a few more of these in the near future because, as you say, there are lots of new features coming out almost every week! Thanks for watching :)

Thanks for watching! Did I miss anything? What are your thoughts on Semantic Link? Also any feedback on the new ‘Feature360’ format would be appreciated! Have a great week 🙌

@@LearnMicrosoftFabric Yes, would be super keen for any additional content on Sempy / Semantic Link. A related question - do you feel Fabric notebooks are suitable for calling Power BI admin APIs at an enterpirse scale - to extract metadata to provide more information to run tests? Or does this type of "elastic"workload still belong in an environment such as Azure Functions? Your demos, have definitely started me thinking about opportunities to build out tooling for Power BI Dev Ops /Power BI CI/CD. Thanks again- this is some of the most though provoking content I have seen in a longtime.

Hi Will, would sempy be useful to deploy a Dev report/semantic model to multiple production workspaces with a different parameter per deployed model?

Hi I am facing an issue that get_roles() is not giving expected results sometime , one of the roles which I created is coming up in the list , later when I created another role in the same dataset I am unable to see in while running the function , is there a delay in sempy of some hours post which the results get updated?

Great video. I was wondering if this is possible or I was wondering how you would approach. I would like to leverage semantic link to take a snapshot of a DAX filter statement and save to csv or write to the lake house. Is this possible?
@LearnMicrosoftFabric8 ай бұрын
Yes, you can use the semantic link function execute_dax() to run a raw dax query on a semantic model. this will return a Fabric Dataframe which you can easily write to csv or save to a Lakehouse table 👍

you mentioned you created a video for great_expectation, can I get a link for that?

Sure, I've done a couple so far (more to follow): 1. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKPGo2Vufayne6M 2. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXLEqnZjf56Hqbc

I try to figure out relationships of dataset ( it is in lakehouse) but can not print out by using code on notebook of MS Fabric because it said it can not find out any datasets. Have you got this issue before?

i have not no. but feel free to join our community Skool.com/Microsoft-fabric and post some screenshots of your code and the error 👍
