i Beiliev Kugi goes beyond just being the job and info depot i believes hes kind of a fixer as well like when someone messes up a job he makes sure the evidence goes away or the police dont catch on or it gets to much attention, because when they messed up their one job he yells at them and was like "even i have limits on what i can do so please be less messy on your next job"
