I don’t even think it works for that tbh. The things you do on retention is what does it like working out, putting lotions, and fasting. I noticed when I was fapping but fasting and losing weight I would get female attention and when I was on sr but not fasting or was eating a lot I would get zero attention despite being in like day 70

Peace bro, everybody’s experience can/will be different.. The thing is you said you “think” it doesn’t work like that… I was once told if you “think” you don’t really know or sure of what is happening. My personal experience was the complete opposite. My first 3-4 months on my long streak I literally ate WHATEVER I wanted, didn’t workout, didn’t fast (obviously). Still got women attraction and a ex stalking me down amongst other benefits 🤣. I was even led to start creating YT content. When it’s spiritual, it overrides all the 3D shit we are focused on and hits different!

Facts. Woman attraction isn’t even on my list at all bro. Initially of course it’s the first line of evidence we look for, but after the journey, it doesn’t even matter I’m a high school soccer coach bro, trust me older women can sense youthful energy. Bro you are speaking the truth. I can relate, even before I started this journey, eventhough I have not always had that female attraction. However because i have been on self improvement for a couple of years, now am starting to see gradual results, then just added SR to my journey, been more than a year since I have been on it. The difference in myself is not a lie and the female attraction is no joke either especially from these cougars/older females lool, bare in mind am not even focused on these women, when practising this as i know that was not my reason for doing it, these stories you tell me are interesting, but jokes as well. With me luckily am single so with women that wants to chat can interact with them, obviously with these women if they like you, they find an excuse to chat to you, or give choosing signals, their faces are funny when I reject them or don't approach, but I guess am not super thirsty or desperate lol. BTW am in my early 20s lol.
