It's more normal than you think brother. When the mind can finally rest for a bit, it tends go offline for a bit, only to turn back on even stronger. I wouldnt focus too much about discharge. Instead, focus on what your next move in life should be. Much love!

Keep going bro let the urges and the anxiety fry you it's all your shadows coming to the surface now that you have let go of the coping mechanism it's not easy tho. Keep a good routine e.g eat healthy go to the gym read good books watch good material etc or whatever works for you try to stay away from social media and not too much netflix as the brain still gets dopamine hits from this and can be a back door to relapse also don't be so hard on your self this is warrior work

I was having like crazy women attraction but after around day 120 its like it stops for me. I am on around day 155 and its my longest streak but It is not purest. I have few times when I was peaking so maybe that is problem. But still I meet this beautiful girl around day 90 and I am still in contact with her.
