The seed planted reaching full growth is so important. I felt for a while that becoming familiar with my dark aspects, negative thoughts and destructive patterns did nothing. Noticing now that if we keep our eye on our thoughts, be the keeper at the gate for what comes into your mind - it begins to happen naturally. I'm so immediately aware now of something negative resurfacing from my past conditioning, or that I might be about to react negatively to what someone says or does. I identify it, I see it and say "I know you" and then let it simply stay for as long as it needs while I keep it snared at the gate. It dissolves eventually, as you deem it useless. It will come back most likely, but again stand at the gate and guard. Effortlessly, determinately. Each time it gets weaker and weaker if it continues to return. If you don't see good, you've not practised enough in seeing good. If you've never practised riding a bike you won't be able to ride a bike. Plant the seed, give it care, allow it to grow 👌 Happy new year folks!
