I got a completely different experience with semen retention. I did it for a long time. Not helping acne or making exes come back… Now there definitely many pros to speak about when it comes to celibacy and how it channels your energy, but at the end of the day celibacy is avoidance and solitude. I’ve learned it’s about how you control and express your urges rather than to put celibacy on a pedestal.
