I relapsed on flat line about a month and a half ago and been relapsing since then honestly its kinda depressing bc one you feel like youre a failure, second when you do buss a nut it feels like youre chipping away pieces of yourself. Its so weird bc number 3 actually is real. Its hard to explain i was more assertive could look people in the eyes and that sense of you really wanna get a girl, your libido goes up and that in turn makes you wanna persue women. Its awesome, i didnt experience 1 and 2 honestly it was a cold turkey, and i never felt the urge nor the pain and i believe it was the fact that i kept myself busy with work, i wake up early, when i yet home im just tired and that energy is just depleted so i didnt even feel the need to jerk off. And now i realized that keeping yourself occupied helps you skip 1 and 2. It’s a journey and you’ll have ups and downs. The longer you go the less you care about it. For me focusing on my career, cold showers, exercise, and a hobby (for me drawing and music) help. The wet dreams tho make my urges way higher. Just know if you have a relapse that your progress isn’t reset and you still benefited from how long you have retained. It’s not about a streak it’s about how many days, weeks, months, and years you can maintain consistent. Everyone is at their own level for it and don’t get discouraged. I noticed my longest streak that getting in a toxic relationship completely reset me and made me a sex addict again. Since then I have found my stride and energy again to keep going.

We all have different beliefs & opinions but to shed light I truly believe the enemy (devil) is at play here. Spiritual warfare. Lust is or most sinful nature, carnel desires & a tactic satan use against us. Think about it, if we as humans can sort of master our flesh (lust) we win half the battle as that’s a big desire to rid of. We inherit Adams flaws as man but i believe satan uses lust as his scheme along with pride, anger etc. when he sees what you are doing, hear what your plans are then boom! Here comes the arrows on full blast heading your direction! Here comes the wind. To me that is a succubus spirit attacking your dreams but don’t get discouraged as a thief don’t break into a empty house. It’s frustrating but your on right track. I learn not to rebuke as you’ll invite more so I just say I reject you with the blood of Jesus Christ! Anyways sorry I don’t know everything & don’t claim to but I wanted to share my experience as I got a wet dream maybe 6 months ago & I was devastated as I am 33 years old & the last time I had that was in 5th grade. Wet dreams aren't automatic. They occur more during the early attempts at SR, especially when one is younger, in one's 20s. If you do push-ups or use weights, study, and pray for up to 10 mins before sleeping each night, they'd hardly be a problem. They're a function of having too much unused short term energy at sleeping time, usually caused by late eating and/or drinking or consuming sugary foods close to bedtime.
