Consider semen retention as a videogame....you level up your character (you). The longer you play SR, the more powerful you become....better abilities, better vitality, better armour. Relapse doesn't mean you lose all of your abilities, you just go back until you reach the point where you died and blast on through (hopefully). You must successfully go on a long streak to understand, then you know, then you continue as a way of life. The man in these videos preaches the good word and I can tell he has vast experience. I do many things for my dopamine hits....breathwork, yoga, brazilian jiu-jitsu, kettlebell training, walks in the park or just chilling on a deck chair in the fresh air with Neil Youngs greatest hits. Its almost been 180 days for me now and I've put on a lot of muscle, my body odour is stronger, my gaze and contentment is off the charts.....so is confidence, self esteem etc. I won't part with it sir....not a hope, my seed is too valuable.

ur starting to become more universal less personal because ur spiritual awareness increased. man how i loved that statement. it so funny i really wanted to tell you this. but isnt christianity the bible extremely spiritual like genuinly. the things it teaches and all that. it gave me the understanding of what truth even is. the morals the heart. many things are true. even the snake in the garden didnt lie we do have knowledge of good and evil now but it also causes sufferiung cuz well if i can be hurt you can be hurt. i just was in all this new age stuff for years and now that im really studying the bible im like damn this book really got it all. from how to overcome SR to manifestation to what truth even is to beginn with to kill the ego etc. it feels like all of these spiritual teachings and the new age deceptions are all biblical at its core. i really would love for you to make a video about the bible. i mean idk how much u read of it, but a being with ur experience which i can recognize surely can see things in this book that 95% of christians will not see because they are in carnal ways. i studied all the chakra things and meditation and my third eye and the yoga and the card readings the zodiacs the manifestation buddhism, read the whole quran studied the egyptian beliefs the mesapotanians the older scriptures etc for years now. and its like the bible just connected everything for me. i cant explain it maybe it has to do with me also fasting now for quite some time starving my flesh and feeding my spirit but oh man i really wish you would just read genesis and the new testament. this book is highly spiritual but people look at it as some carnal religion to control man which it isnt at all. its quite the opposite. idk if or how much you have read of it but i would really enjoy ur take on it. also i love jesus Edit: i also took a lot of shrooms and acid and all that and i just kinda found that fasting is even more powerful and that the bible just alligns with the conscience perfectly with that inner voice. and that truth in of itself is listening to that very voice which is within and which is the truth that jesus really did die and is now within us as our hearts pointing to god. i mean even the word conscience, consciousnes. the higher ur level of consciousnes the more conscience u become. because it is truth. i can be objectively right but if i dotn say it in a loving way im not in truth my statement is just true. many things are true even deceptions. but what is truth. the bible, the heart, ur conscience. doing what you know what is right. and wisdom will make you understand thats the best thing even for yourself. because not listening to that voice is always shortlived and ends in a comedown. bible is just so incredible i could go on and on and on. i really wanna but it feels weird writing all thsi in ur comments ill make a video abt it on ym other channel

@BeyondTheAlchemy i genuinly think if you read genesis and the new testament you would change ur opinion on that. im 100% certain. because u come from a place of inner wisdom so this book will be totally different to you than to somebody else. thats how i know you didnt read it. ( i actually dont know that for sure but it has to be) because you live more biblical like practically all chrsitians because well ur at a higher state of consciousness which i can objectively tell. and this is all the bible is about and the heart, you know code of honor you talk about or true masculinity with ur moral values above all. or even the story of jesus on the cross still praying for god to forgive them even though theyre putting nails in his hands and laughing at him for speaking the truth surely touches your heart and quite honestly probably resonates too. but its much more deeper than thall allthough what can really be deeper than a man like that. i just feel like u took the jesus within aka ur conscience route without having the bible as a guide because it is truly also all within us which the bible also says. im just noticing more and more that you are preaching bible on a very deep level without even knowing it probably. and i just know that somebody like you reading the new testament will get a completely different kind of understanding than your average mainstream christian because you have gone that path and it literally goes hand in hand with the bible. i would absolutely love if you took the time to read maybe just genesis and the 200 pages of the new testament and give ur opinion on it. i know its a big ask and obviously u are free to do whatever you like i just genuinly feel like it will give you something and elevate you even further. please just dont view me as this closeminded christian who wants to push his religion onto others because only he has the truth while being very ignorant of all other viewpoints. thats not what i am, i wouldnt even call myself a christian. i dont like 95% of christians and i dont like church. ignore christianity and its followers focus on jesus and his message instead and i know he will touch you. if im like too much just ignore me im totally fine with that u dont gotta do anything or explain anything to me i just really felt like telling you this. much love!

There were plenty of pointers in this video especially without labelling semen retention as some thing that needs to be done by a seperate self. Words eventually fall short but the pointers to non duality are there as it comes from the source. The same source recognises itself with what "you" are saying. A bit of a revelation came to when watching and listening, as semen is used to create a human being which in its natural state is pure source/conciousness/god before conditioning, it makes "absolute sense" that conserving this energy will inevitabily bring forth the recognition of our true being. This is also one of the toughest things to do from a lower self point of view at the time but becomes effortless once gone through the initial stages and reaching the higher self. Excuses the words as they are dualistic but thank you for this great video as it provided a great resonance and recognition. Semen retention although a concept is as real as it gets. Blessings 🙏

Hey buddy, loving the consistent content, Do you have any videos or tips on how to be less tense? I clench my jaw a lot and in general quite tense a lot of the time, Due to recovering from injury there’s a good chance I’m not letting enough energy out physically, How can I work around this? I’m around day 170 and want to keep retaining until I find someone I really like, Any advice is appreciated 😄

we can use diet to help relax us more (tonics and food that is easy to digest, u can see this on my channel- awakening through pain). also doing yoga (as opposed to strenuous exercise) and spending time in nature and getting grounded by Nature’s currents. and of course a spiritual practice (spiritual renaissance channel).

there are different levels of edging. Edging is a subjective thing and depends how strict we want to make it. With a partner yes, its definitely possible to not ejaculate. But you and the partner have to both be on the same page. She has to support this and understand it (be a higher level woman).

Grounding food. Other food is grounding besides meat. Real Ayurveda always advocates meat as a last resort. And it just says that vata tolerates it better than the other doshas. But I just eat what feels right and for me it’s very less meat.
