Watched inappropriate material, had inappropriate thoughts and edged. That was months ago. I no longer play around down there but i still stumble. The inappropriate thoughts/content still persist but its very brief and i do my best to stay away from it. Releasing in my sleep is the only time ive released since i started. The more i retain the more i see that people are out of tune with reality.
