Dutchpacks offers the can seaming machine SAS-V25 XL as a reliable and efficient solution for seaming all types of round aluminum, PET, cans and cardboard tubes. This machine is suitable for tubes with a diameter of 99-153mm
This machine is used in, among others: co-packers, sheltered workshops, butchers and laboratories. The machine is made of stainless steel and produces little noise. The safety cover around the closing mechanism ensures optimal safety and is even easier to assemble and disassemble thanks to the new design of the SAS-V25 XL. This hood is secured with a mechanical safety sensor.
This model has a separate lockable access door for the electrical compartment. In addition, the engine is now placed in the bottom cabinet of the machine instead of at the top, which ensures an even lower noise level.
With a mechanical speed of 15 cans per minute, this machine is ideal for companies that want to package their products quickly and efficiently. The can seaming machine works on 230 volts and has the strong point that the cans stand still during the closing process. No air compressor is needed, because the up and down part is controlled mechanically. The four maintenance-free closing rollers ensure a better quality closure and are provided with a titanium coating as standard for an extra long lifespan. It also has to be mentioned that this machine now has a wider height-range. It can seam machines with a height up to 240mm.
The can seaming machine is easy to move and can be placed at the correct height on location with the four extendable legs. This provides extra stability and prevents possible damage to the machine in the future. The machine is supplied with impact-resistant control buttons for easy and safe operation, and is suitable for use in both damp and dry areas.
