Hi, I'm having a problem with our cup sealer , it stays down upon turning it on and it won't come back up . No roller sensor is touching when it is down .

Hi my machine just roll half way, so it was sealed half cup only what do I do now

Hey there, The temperature of my heater stays at 30 degrees and can't go up to to 180 degrees to seal the machine. Everything else is working but not the heating part

My cup sealer comes down and cuts, but it won’t seal, it is at 150 degrees, but won’t stick to the cup, please help!

Try 175 degrees. That seems to be the best spot for me . Also , if it does NOT SEAL, make sure the CUP and the FILM match the right materials. You will notice a logo under your cup. It might say "PP" or "PET" . If you have "PP" cups, you need "PP" film . Same as for "PET" cups need "PET" Film. IF this is inverted, then it won't seal.

@@valfrancismatabalan5576 set the temp first. Ideally 175-180, especially if you're sealing a paper cup
