Semi-Gutting the Si (10th Gen) | 2018 Honda Civic Si

Decided to change the pace and remove the rear seats in the civic, this isn't something I plan on leaving permanently... But thought I make a guide for those interested in doing the same, hope you guys enjoy. As for those wondering, I may have cut out 80 - 100 lbs of weight, don't quote me on it, but just a guess. Also the reason for doing this, was to give a change in vibes when driving the car. Sometimes things get boring, so a little change isn't bad.

Nathan This was explained in an earlier comment, but to answer it again: I didn’t like how the rear-end of the coupe looked + I originally got the sedan for any future occurrences that would happen (I.E: having a child, that way it’ll be easy to transfer car seats) This was all before I ever thought I’d go this far with the Si.

Weight reduction is probably similar to my 13.7lb RPF1 upgrade. What realy counts is that extra bias, which will cause front to bite harder and rear becomes more controllable. Probably not as noticeable in Si, but very noticeable in my 2700lb 6MT base Sedan.
