They're easily my favorite studio, they have a great catalogue of anime and their animation, directing and coreography are one of the best out there.

I read ahead and this is a huge understatement. The challenges at each stage and how teams are shaken up as the number of players gets smaller was very unpredictable. But I think the best part is that I feel the lessons the challenges are trying to teach are fairly thought out and feel like a valid training program.

_ON THOSE PENALTIES_ I watched the Japan-Croatia match. It makes me forget the fact that my country - Italy - didn't make to the World Cup for the second consecutive time. I remember the explosive upsets, the memes on social media on Capitan Tsubasa, Inazuma Eleven, Blue Lock and other football manga/anime. We even said that the Japan manager had the Death Note. We are still in a state of shock. It's very shameful that the most epic run in World Cup History, the fact that "The Blue Lock is real" was abruptly terminated by maybe the worst series of penalty shootouts in World Cup History. Japan came out on top against Croatia in the hearts of millions, not only in Japan, but around the world. And that should give hope for the future. The mangaka of another football manga/anime, Aoashi, expressed the feeling of us all in a drawing published in Twitter after the final whistle went. *Rise up. Move forward. Wipe those tears. Keep dreaming big.* And this is the great lesson this World Cup campaign has teached to a nation and to all of us. Looking forward to #bluelock2026. We believed, we still belive. GANBARE, NIPPON! 🇯🇵. UPDATE: Japan: I had the worst penalty shootout performance in World Cup History. Spain: *Hold my beer.*

i have a strong desire for revenge arc. i think this is the part that they consider building a world class striker. they should really take blue lock's philosophy seriously. they beat germany and spain by their strong defensive play. but from croatia it's not the case. it's time japanese football change. they shouldn't be satisfied with being the 'underdog' or the 'dark horse' of asian football. it's time for them to bring back so much from their consistent losses.

I have theory with this of the yellow card that was obviously a Red card: I mean one of the purposes of the writter is for the japannesse reader to chain his mentality of how to play football, so like in Japan are very respectful people they avoid this kind of reaction of being physical or crude to psychologically attack your opponent in sports (specially in football). This why Ego let it go (in My opinion) this is to not be so straight to tell them to do it, only make them flourish this on their own.
