One correction there. As a brazilian Dada Silva is related to Dada Maravilha, including his name. A striker who played in the 70's and scored 400+ goals during his career and won a World Cup as well. His weapon was the same Dada Silva used in the World-5 matches, a letal header and a great physical strenght. Knowing that Kaneshiro already brought some brazilian legends to the manga like Zico and Pelé I think Dada Silva was the perfect way to pay homage to Maravilha.

As he wasn't really skilled in any particular facet bar the ability to find space and convert a high rate of chances. @ Icardi is not phisically gifted at all. His athletism is mediocre at best and he is not strong at all but he still finding perfect spots to shoot with his high game sense like isagi. I mean they are pretty similar to me but yeah inzaghi is also understandble. Icardi is not fast but finds perfect cuts end of the defensive line, he is not a high jumper but still scores crazy headers. I can see isagi’s charachter development also going that way (big fan of both btw).
