Hi Joshua.. thanks for watching..! No, meat is not allowed in Sikhism. However, Just like every other religion, ways of living are modernizing.. today’s world you will find 2 types of Sikhs, baptized and non-baptized. Baptized Sikhs are restricted from eating meat, taking any intoxication, physical relation outside marriage or before marriage and finally no cutting of hair. Non-baptized sikhs do not follow any of this, which is why you may have noticed, while my wife and I eat veg food, some of our friends eat non-veg. Hope this helps! Thanks again
