Nice unit. Very tastefully done... You can never have too many work related lights. I like the idea of having a strobe light on the sides. The last 8 1/2 years that I drove I hauled fuel, and I worked at night by choice because there's less traffic. I've had people run over my hoses, and run over my fluorescent green safety cones. I came to the conclusion that it doesn't matter how many lights you have on the truck, because some idiot will still run things over. I had 10 strategically placed flood lights on the truck and trailer, and even with all of those lights on, and all of the cab and marker lights on, I still had people run things over...

The cube backup lights and the cab lights are the best idea ever when you're backing up you need light no cars no trucks come with enough lights for backing up put this on all your trucks

..I like the 589's.. Now I know why I saw (?) 12-14 of them parked along the fence, with "Fitzgerald" on the building by the woods, I-40, near Crossville.. Don't get to run that way very often any more.. Excellent "recovery", after the tree huggers killed glider kits.. Great "business switch"!! Although a company driver, after 36 years out here, I closely follow the "working show truck" scene..My boss-man is also a show-rig enthusiast, with (3) of the cleanest W900's you will ever see.. and has his own truck show every year.. He is also very tight with the guys at PDI, in St George, Utah.. They did a 3406 for him (converted to an "E"..) Love the 589 y'all did for PDI..! Saw it at the G.S.L. Truck Show... My company got one of the first "589" 589's released by Peterbilt, bout (?) a year ago.. One of our million miler drivers has it, and loves it.. 8" shorter hood than the 389..(?right?). Are the stacks on that orange one functional?.. Met the driver of the Road Works 389, & his were "for show", he had the weed-burner under the frame.. Keep up the great work!👍🚛

To answer your question about 389-589.I’ve owned 2 379s,ten years each,then tried a 579,only two years later I bought a 389.The 5 series is much more akin to a Ford/Sterling than a Peterbilt.The 359/379/389 was ergonomically perfect,good looking,easiyrepairable.The wider cab doesn’t necessarily make better visibility,in fact the narrower is easier to see around.I’m 6’3” and 280lbs and have no problem getting between the seats.Peterbilt has lost its exclusivity,it’s unique build style.The west coast aerospace influence is lost on the new trucks.I won’t be buying one.

This guy has been trucking 30 years and I am sure he will use the blue when parked and then it is legal. It’s only illegal going down the highway and I doubt this guy needs to be told that. That is the purpose of Dual Revolution Lights.
