Both p and n type semiconductor is electrically neutral . In p n n type semiconductor e are prez. In p type semiconductor holes are majority carrier. Dopant atom donor atom N type semiconductor. And dopant atom gets positive charge but overall electrical neutrality is maintained. Holes minority charge carrier in N type semiconductor.
