I am not a string player but I am a tai chi practitioner and instructor ( beginner level) . Tai chi has altered my posture and released muscle tension and improved my gait. KIM did a fantastic job explaining the exercises and the reasons for them and I am sure there are other people who would benefit from the ones she has devised for violin or viola players.

Invaluable advice for both Beginners and Advanced players. A balanced and relaxed body is essential,but too often overlooked: especially in a stressful professional environment. The concept of working backwards from the Left hand Fourth finger is a game changer. Thank you so much Kim.
