MMA isn't a real fight. They're conditioned, prepared, anticipate the fight. A real fight lasts less than 2 minutes, and the first one to hit usually wins. Take Japanese swordsmen for an example, many dramas and anime idealize the fights and show them fighting with honor in huge fights. The reality, is that most fights ended within seconds (the swords were deadly) and that most of the time both samurais would die. A lot of kills were cheap shots, coming from behind and killing your opponent. Real life fights are ugly, simply because when your life is on the line, you don't take any risks because it's either you or him.

I am sort of confused about something he's doing. At just about 0:50 he seems to push quickly exactly when the attacker is going to strike...I was under the impression that Systema taught to move with his movement instead of going against it like he seems to be doing here. Can someone with experience enlighten me?

I think it depends on the person practicing Systema to make it effective and look good, like any other martial art. You could have 2 guys practicing Wing Chun (for example) for the same amount of time, and the one who trains with conviction, spirit and determination would be the one who makes it the best, if you know what I mean.

Is Wing Chun, a kind of kung fu, the first martial art that Bruce learned. chek out Ip man, his master, the movie, after watching it you will be on the streets searching fights ajajaja. If you want to do a Martial art i do not recomend this, personally. There's no more good wing chun master except militar guys who have mixed WC with other styles... I recommend Kyokushin Karate, actually the best martial art.

BK YOO 사범님은 힘을 주지 않습니다.만약 실전처럼 힘을 준다면 보호장비 입은 분들 아무리 보호장비를 입어도 잘못하면 즉사할수도 있는 위험한 상황이 발생합니다...이미 해외에서도 그가 실전훈련을 할떄 주변 사람 안전을 위해 실제 경찰들 까지 동원될 정도라고 하니 한마디로 그냥 살상무기 그 자체라고 봐도 될듯.
