@@fredacharbel7510 Of course, you can and you should because honey and maple syrup is such healthy option in comparison to that unhealthy sugar. But I guess the texture of the cake might be different from the cake made with sugar. The maple syrup and honey, both are liquidy so, the batter might become more liquidy. You'll have to take less honey or maple syrup cause both are sweeter than sugar. Like, If the recipe calls for 1 cup sugar then you should add 3/4 cup maple syrup or honey. You'll once have to try making a cake with honey or maple syrup to know how it turns out. Disclaimer: I've never made a cake with maple syrup or honey. So, whatever I've just said wasn't based on my experience. It was just my knowledge.
