Gula merah 10 gram (1 jempol)
Gula pasir 1/2 sendok makan
Serai 1 batang
Lengkuas 4 cm
Daun salam 5 lembar
Bunga lawang 2 buah
Kecap manis 4 sendok makan
Garam sesuai selera
Minyak goreng secukupnya
