Thank you for doing this research and hearings. Before these bans took place, I had surgery while I was pregnant. If I had not been able to have preventative surgery, my child and I could have had to have emergency surgery or had a riskier pregnancy. Georgia's current ban would have kept us from having the surgery we needed at 16 weeks.

Also, it isn’t just deaths. It doesn’t hv to be death. It’s a violation of human rights. Women lose their ability to conceive carry deliver again bc of trauma to their bodies. This is a fact.
