I mean, the whole concept of her kit revolves around the fact that she can be useful even after dying, hence the ult to revive yourself and especially the fact that she's able to provide utility via smoking for her team. Only giving her a single smoke without recharge just makes her a mix mash of abilities from reyna for the heal, omen/brim for the smoke, viper for the bomb, and Phoenix/sage for the res. If she's gonna get a nerf to single smoke slot after death, it's gotta have recharge and increased smoking distance while dead, otherwise, she might as well not have the ability to smoke after death anyways.

she has the shortest smoke so having 2 even after death is fine, but maybe prolong the recharge only on death instead of fully removing it
