Mooda's chat reminds me a lot of top streamers in general, and it all stems from the streamer themselves. The chat is almost always a direct reflection of the streamer, if they act like an absolute degenerate, so will the chat. If the streamer is a more aggressive personality, or a person who tends to take things too far, the chat will become just that. Using valorant as an example, Sam, Subroza, Shanks & Tarik don't ever have this issue. They could flood someones chat 100 times and it would always end up being funny & engaging for the streamer involved. But when you have an unregulated community that blindly follows the actions of their streamer, you get what happened here. People calling out Zellsis are hilarious, cause Zellsis does this shit for content just the same, but knows when to chill and knows where the limit is. Also has his chat moderated to act like human beings, not degenerates.

The guy had her stream (couple hundred viewers at most) open live on his stream (multiple thousand viewers avg.) and was openly shittalking her. Zellsis says it's "lowkey unfair" to expect a streamer to control his entire community, which is just straight up incorrect. Your community is what you make it, if you actually put the bare minimum effort into cultivating a healthy community (or at least one that isn't full of toxic, apathetic teenagers and twenty somethings) they would not act the way that his did. But they act like that and do those things because he is the kind of person to do so as well. The chat reflects the streamer, that will almost always hold true especially if you consider the broader behaviour of said chat.

I feel like if there is a big pushback towards Mooda he could take it as a growth point and be try to make that growth point his character instead of this degen shit that has everyone complaining. I believe he's smart enough to know the character he's playing and where the line is to not cross it (most of the time), so he could just try and make his reformation part of his character and bring his community with him. Play it up in a hype way, telling himself he has to do better and they as a community have to be better. Apologizing immediately after making jokes that cross the line, and not immediately continuing that joke trail afterward to show he means it.
