Unfortunately, the group of Romualdez will not do that. They feel superior than executive and judiciary. A very clear illustration is their Quadcom hearing, transfer of funds of Philhealth to National Treasury and others. The ball now is in the hands of the President, which I do not think veto the unconstitutional provisions of the budget. HOR and Executive is in one page now. The only branch who can correct them is the Judiciary. The people are watching and waiting for this.
