P14 on all ebikes is the amp settings allows u to turn the controller amps up for more power or down for less power..

Not on this ebike or my other one some settings are locked in place & can't be adjusted to unlock the speed on most ebike the setting is usually P08 I believe just depends on the bike & top speed

You probably have to straighten the front brakedisc. I had to do it too when bike was new,can be done with a spanner.
