Sen. John Kennedy on Thursday grilled Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Chair Martin Gruenberg for a report that detailed rampant sexual misconduct and discrimination at the agency, and asked him several unusual questions.
“Mr. Gruenberg, have you ever heard the expression, ‘A fish rots from the head down?’” the Louisiana Republican asked during a Senate Banking Committee hearing.
“Yes, senator,” Gruenberg said.
“I listened carefully to your testimony. Do I understand you to assert that you believe you're the person to clean up the FDIC?” Kennedy asked.

Give the Senators and the House copies of these text messages immediately. How long has the FDIC been getting away with this abuse? The President of the United States needs to keep on this. The President needs to know of these claims and act as soon as a thorough investigation is done by an outside neutral party. There is NO excuse for this bs. From ANY administration. The swamp is deep, stinky, thick, and long. This should have been handled a long time ago and they know it.

Why haven't these individuals gone to Human Resources or the Department of Labor. These are sexual harassment incidents. Since some of these seem to be documented, they could go to the police.

Senator Kennedy I admire you so much regarding your knowledge of all that’s going on. Apparently, sexual harassment is very prevelent in most organizations. But God knows to have it so prevelent ion our government. Keep up the good works. Senator Hawley, Senator Cruz, Senator Jordan, have proven that the government needs and demands more Republicans in our great government.
