Love this.. An extremely passionate, yet simplistically logical standing by rubio, countered by probing questions from Kerry.. In other words, good old fashioned debate!! THIS is the type of thing that should be forming people's opinions like in the old days, and not punditry and talk shows. I can only hope these increase in frequency and popularity.

Great speaker... empty message. John Kerry schooled him how the real world works. All credible economic data and studies says that tax increases DO NOT EFFECT JOBS OR THE ECONOMY! So he is right on jobs (a much more complex issue than just saying HEY, LET'S CREATE SOME JOBS!), he is correct on controlling spending, however, he is dead wrong on not raising taxes. If you don't do all 3, you are still not solving the root problem.

I LOVE Sen. Rubio and what he stands for. He tells it like it is and he doesn't pull any punches when doing it and that's TRUE leadership! I also love how Kerry, (the liberal extremist bulldog) tried to trip him up and Kerry was forced to wear egg on his face. Sen. i totally agree with senator rubio's last statement about the burning of the house metaphor. that is what our country needs to do is come to a compromise about how we can solve this debt crisis on our hands. Politics shouldn't be about pointing fingers and being so stiff-necked in one's opinions cuz for one everyone is diverse and secondly everyone makes mistakes!! it's time to push past all that, come together, and make a resolution that will end this once and for all.
