The primary mission of the NA3HL, which is managed organizationally by the NAHL, is to provide a structured developmental environment for student-athletes whose youth options are limited but are still reaching their potential and have aspirations of playing in the NAHL or United States Hockey League (USHL) and eventually the NCAA or American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). So basically yeah its to hopefully get scouted for college it seems.

Yeah it's for recruitment for college. Not paid they pay to play on this team. The NAHL which is affiliated to the NA3HL(what Brody plays) is top tier juniors tons of NCAA d1 commits whereas the NA3HL is quite a step lower mostly d3 commits to ncaa and not any d1 commits really. Brody just said the minors as a joke because he was called up to the NAHL recently for a couple games

It's life 2500 to 3500. Depends on the team, the area, how they treat the players, how far other teams are. For example, a team loke this in Alaska may be 10k a season. They won't just walk on if they haven't been playing for years already.

Lots of guys struggle with dedication and drive when you play on a bad team and you’ve had nothing to play towards for months because you’re on a bottom feeder. good goalies are the hardest to find. look at the N, theres 32 teams and IMO only 25 true starters that could give a team a shot at a winning record. so basically there are roughly only 25 to 30 tendys in the entire world that could consitantly baskstop a winning team in the nhl. my opinion is based off of save %..most goalies with a .910% in the nhl and above have winning records.
