First of all thanks for sharing the demo as well as explaining the backend implementation by Pega. I have one query - You said browser refresh is not needed. Ideally, thats correct , if web sockets are used refresh is not required but in Pega's new Constellation app I have to refresh the page and only then notification count is increasing.

Sir can you please show how to change the subject line which should include some properties values such as child case and parent case id in pega pulse? By default it is having case id, but I want to add some custom properties too in subject line itself
