This was my miss as well. Created the resource as rich text, but forgot to enable this as well (and of course the global constant = true). Much appreciated

Thanks for explaining this with great clarity as always :) . However, I have a question if you could let me know how do I add Image while using Rich Text. Because what is happening when I add image it does not load at receiver's end. Hope you can give some advise here. TIA

They should bulkified, but I'd rather use a *Time Scheduled flow* specially for email to make sure we send out just once - there is clearly mentioned under the Object selection: "To have the scheduled flow run for a batch of records, specify the object and the conditions that each record must meet. A flow interview runs for each record in the batch. "

Is there a way to have my support agent create an email after triggering the flow in a case? I use another one of your guides to send an email to all child case contacts but the email is simple. do you know if it is possible to write a custom email or would I need to create a field on the cases for each item and then reference that field in the rich text?

This is a very helpful video. There is one challenge I have not figured out yet, I would like to be able to add an HREF, for example, how would I provide a link to the opportunity, could you build on this example to provide that? Thank you.

I figured this out, I noticed the LINK symbol in the RICH TEXT pane and tried that. It worked without trouble. All set.

How can you send to more than 1 recipient or CC someone else? Like send email to Contact owner email as well as the Contact's email? Thanks in advance!

yes. do a loop before action, add the member emails into a text collection variable and instead of hardcoded email address use the box above Subham's email at 5:21

Create a collection variable to store the email ids of those users with the help of assignment elements and if you have more users first filter them out it get records element and then apply loop over it and store all of those user’s email
