Hey it was Pretty Simple and clear. Can you help me on below requirement if possible in power automate please. I have a Power Bi Report and in that multiple pages are there ; in each page the Users are common and they have different services and their respective values. All the users have their email in separate list. Now each page in power bi I want to sent them email; During this email process ( If Person A is one of the user ; he should get all his services along with values to those services only in email as screenshot without changing conditional formatting applied in power bi) like this each user will get all the services belongs to them. And the complete report we will give as link. if Person-A wants to see report he can go an check the report by using link Provided.

@@mudzulisivhidzho6397 I didn't figure out how to make it a Scheduled Cloud Flow. I went a different direction and exported the Power BI to Excel and re-created my table report in Excel. I then set up a different Power Automate to refresh the Excel and send the Excel file by email on a daily basis. That worked, but it is different from this solution.

Yes it is possible! Setup the alert on the dashboard and then in power automate search for “Alert Trigger” under Power BI and then assign the actions of the flow under the alert trigger.
