This is the best design ever! I've tried and my only comment is the meal option button should be within the same page as the email address, otherwise the guests will easily miss picking their meals!

Hi. Currently you will need to use Canva on the web to publish to CreatEcards. The Canva apps do not return the “View in CreatEcards” link when you publish your design to CreatEcards (sorry). You can open your browser on your device and log into Canva on the web, you can then publish your design and it will work.

Can’t share on WhatsApp. It only shares link on WhatsApp not picture invite as it does in iMessage

WhatsApp does not accept the image+link when creating the share. As such your best option at the moment is to send it on iMessage to yourself. Save the invite image to your device images. Then in WhatsApp use normal image sharing to share the image of your invite and also add the link when sharing. Sorry this is an annoying work-around, but the WhatsApp app is just not accepting both an image and link when we push this to them via the web.@@kamaljotkaur9187

Hi - not yet - we are working on it. We require email for compliance purpose. Workaround - You can ask your guests to add their phone number in the RSVP comments section. Add this info on your design and in the event extra info block

How do I keep my animated invitation animated in creatEcard? When I went to sync the invite I was advised my invitation would no longer be animated if synced but that I may want to save it as an mp4. It is already saved as an mp4. I'm new to this, am I misunderstanding?

Hi. You are mostly likely using the Canva mobile app (iOS or android). Unfortunately the apps don’t show the link and hence you can’t continue. Please log into Canva on mobile web or desktop and publish your invite again to CreatEcards. The view in CreatEcards link will then be available. Sorry this is annoying; but it will solve the issue for you! Wish you well!

Hi there. The Canva Mobile apps do not show the link. Please open on canva.com using the web browser when you save to CreatCcards. This will show the link that you can then follow to CreatEcards and further work on your invite. Sorry about this limitation, but this is an issue with the Canva mobile apps.

Hi! Yes the meal preference question appears after the guest has RSVP’d because we need to know how many “plus ones” they are bringing prior to asking them for meal preferences of each person. We also send a RSVP confirmation email to the guest and tell them the next step is to complete the meal options. We will review this in the future to help optimise the user/guest experience in relation to the RSVP interface.
