You don't need high levels to have a great time. In fact lower levels can be just as good as you can often see more of the rivers "features". The main thing is whatever the level, get out kayaking(or canoeing) and have fun.

I love the Rexy! my favorite boat at the moment. full disclaimer i am obviously affiliated with EXO, nontheless I honestly think this boat is SUPER rad!! best to try and see for youself:)
