Oh my gosh! The Radio Control community of the world has enough issues without flying any rc plane over people's heads! All that needs to happen is you lose control of the plane or it goes out of range of your phone and hit someone. Then we'll have even more legislation or maybe even have rc planes banned. If you aren't aware of the rules concerning rc planes, then do us all a favor and get familiar with the rules before doing something like this again!

Now it is against the rules (FAA and AMA) and you can be fined for flying a drone (anything - airplane, helicopter, or drone, that can fly using remote control) over people's heads. Don't believe me?
