In today's vlog we head to the Space Coast for a NASA Social event for the upcoming SpaceX launch at Kennedy Space Center. We were able to tour some areas that regular guests are normally able to enter.
We had a small presentation about the payload for tomorrow's launch. They're sending some pretty interesting experiments up to the ISS, like, fruit flies to see how their cardiovascular system reacts to lengthy space travel, improving 'galactic GPS' for future missions, & they're also going to study how fire reacts in space. All very cool stuff! Then we heard from some of the people representing these experiments and some lunch from the secret Sonny's BBQ on property. It was a pretty fun and space filled day at KSC! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!
TheTimTracker T-Shirts are now available at

I have a cousin who was an Astronaut, Fred Haise. He flew on Apollo 13. He is a cousi. several times removed, but we still claim him as our cousin. LOL! My Sister works at Stennis Space Ctr in Mississippi, so they were able to see the last shuttle launch there.

As a NASA kid, I loved going into the VAB! I did 'take your kid to work' day when I was about 7 or 8 years old. I got to do the morning announcements for my dad's team. I got to sign my initials into a piece of shuttle tile that I still have. I got to visit the Apollo one site before it was added to the tour at the visitor center. I got to touch the crawler and I've got a few river rocks from the path the crawler took to deliver the shuttle to the pad. I also got to meet the first American woman in space, Sally Ride, and I have her signature. Being a NASA kid was amazing. C:

Angel Juliet , they have annual passes to all of these places. Seaworld, KSC, Disney, Universal, Lego Land and now Volcano Bay. Probably many more we don't even know about... often places invite them to social media events such as this to give them advertising in the vlogging/twitter world and give them a even heavier social media presence..plus its free awesome content for the vlogger.
